Light-duty Mobile Screening Machine

Light-duty Mobile Screening Machine

The S933H in the Light-duty mobile screening machine lineup is a tracked inclined screening station: 38 tons, 180–400 tph, diesel-electric hybrid, with adjustable deck angle. It suits post-crushing aggregate sizing, backfill screening, and C&D coarse/fine separation — more precise than a heavy-duty screen, higher capacity than a horizontal screen, sitting between the two.

Description
Ⅰ. What This Machine Actually Does
The S933H in the Light-duty mobile screening machine lineup is a tracked inclined screening station: 38 tons, 180–400 tph, diesel-electric hybrid, with adjustable deck angle. It suits post-crushing aggregate sizing, backfill screening, and C&D coarse/fine separation — more precise than a heavy-duty screen, higher capacity than a horizontal screen, sitting between the two.

Ⅱ. Key Selling Points
• Hydraulically adjustable 15–25° deck angle: smaller angle for dry material to boost screening, steeper for wet material to prevent blinding. One button switches — no shutdown or spring adjustment.
• 180–400 tph with finer sizing than heavy-duty models — ideal for the final aggregate grading after mid/fine crushing, delivering consistent gradation to mixing plants without rejected loads.
• H-version hybrid: plug in for electric, switch to diesel in the field; quiet near residential areas, one machine covers both fixed yards and mobile sites.
• Quick-change panels: two workers swap one in 15 minutes; optional self-cleaning polyurethane resists wet-feed blinding, so three-shift swaps don\’t cut output.
• Tracked remote-control mobility up to 30°; self-transports between sites without crane or trailer — best for contractor projects with frequent relocations.
• At 38 tons with a long deck, aggregate travels a longer path across the screen, lowering flaky/elongated particle content and passing ready-mix plant inspection first time.
• Water-spray dust control is standard; water on the deck suppresses dust and passes environmental checks, even on urban-edge yards.

Ⅳ. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long to adjust the screen box angle?
Answer: Hydraulic cylinders drive it; press a button in the cabin and the angle switches from 15° to 25° within 10 seconds — no shutdown, adjustable while running.
Q2: Can it screen wet clay?
Answer: Wet clay blinds the mesh easily; we recommend self-cleaning polyurethane panels with a steeper angle, or pre-drying. For very sticky material, run it through a trommel to remove silt first.
Ⅴ. Machine Details
Hard specs: three-deck circular vibrating screen, deck about 1,565 mm wide × 7,180 mm long — the longest in the series; hopper about 8 m³ with grizzly bars for pre-screening, so dirt and fines drop off before the screen box; 15–25° hydraulically adjustable deck angle; four product conveyors with hydraulic lift; diesel-electric hybrid; remote control up to 50 m. All standard. A detail: the hopper grizzly spacing is set at 80 mm — material over 80 mm bypasses to the main conveyor while smaller material enters the screen box, protecting the box from large rocks and tripling its life. The exciter eccentric weights are adjustable: large amplitude for big rock to ensure throughput, small amplitude for fines to prevent blinding — swap weights with one wrench in 10 minutes. If you run an aggregate base in Central or East China, we can send an engineer with a demo unit to test your material until you\’re satisfied before signing.
