Hard Rock Mobile Jaw Crusher

Hard Rock Mobile Jaw Crusher

The Hard rock mobile jaw crusher is our primary hard-rock crusher, operating weight 47 tonnes, capacity 150–500 tonnes per hour, installed power 142 kW. It does primary crushing of hard rock: granite, basalt, iron ore, quartzite, diabase — materials above Mohs hardness six. The excavator feeds in run-of-mine up to 560 mm, and it crushes in one pass to a 70–200 mm adjustable product, which goes straight to a cone crusher for secondary shaping or is sold directly as high-spec road-base material to highway contractors.

Description
Ⅰ. Why You Need a Mobile Crusher
If you run a quarry, tunnel excavation, civil engineering, or construction-waste recycling, you already know the math: a fixed crushing line needs a concrete foundation, a three-phase power connection, and permitting — two to three months minimum, sometimes half a year. By the time the line is built, the working face has moved one to two kilometers away, and the excavator is trucking material back and forth, burning fuel and labor for nothing. Worse, when the project ends, that concrete foundation cannot be moved or sold, and the next site starts from zero.
The Hard rock mobile jaw crusher is built to solve this. No foundation, no waiting for power, no permitting. It drives itself onto your site, bites into granite, basalt, and reinforced concrete, and starts crushing. When the material pile is finished, it drives onto a low-loader and moves to the next project. What you leave behind is not a pile of unmovable concrete — it is production capacity that moves with you.

Ⅱ. What This Machine Is and Who It Is For
The Hard rock mobile jaw crusher is our primary hard-rock crusher, operating weight 47 tonnes, capacity 150–500 tonnes per hour, installed power 142 kW. It does primary crushing of hard rock: granite, basalt, iron ore, quartzite, diabase — materials above Mohs hardness six. Our biggest customers for this machine are small-to-medium hard-rock quarry owners, metal-mine pit crews, tunnel spoil contractors, and granite/basalt aggregate processing plants. It is neither too big nor too small — more flexible than a large mobile crusher, higher output than a small jaw. One working face, one machine, plus a cone crusher and a screen, and you have a complete hard-rock aggregate line.

Ⅵ. Three Questions Buyers Ask Most
Q: Is a mobile jaw crusher more expensive than a fixed line?
A: The down payment is higher. But you save the concrete foundation (typically USD 30,000 to 80,000), the grid connection, and the permitting timeline. When the project ends, the machine drives itself to the next site. What you leave behind is not unmovable concrete — it is production capacity for the next job.
Q: What if I do not know how to operate it?
A: We ship operation training videos and remote guidance with the machine. For complex configurations we fly an engineer out to commission it. If you want your own crew trained, our factory welcomes you for a three-day hands-on course.
Q: How often do wear parts need replacing?
A: Jaw-plate life depends on material hardness. On granite, expect to flip a side every 3–6 months; flip it and it keeps working.
