Mining Aggregate Mobile Jaw Crusher

Mining Aggregate Mobile Jaw Crusher

The MST-E3548 is our flagship tracked diesel jaw: 75 tonnes operating weight, 175–610 tonnes per hour, 209 kW installed power. It is built for primary crushing at large metal mines, hard-rock aggregate bases, and major hydropower/road-bridge projects. It is the largest tracked jaw in our line; paired downstream with a cone crusher, the complete line reaches over a thousand tonnes per hour.

Description
Ⅰ. Who Needs the Mining Aggregate Mobile Jaw Crusher?
Large metal mines and hard-rock aggregate bases, processing over a thousand tonnes per day, are bottlenecked at the primary crusher. If the jaw is too small, the downstream mill-flotation line is starved and capacity is capped at the head. But a large machine has its own headaches: relocation means splitting across several low-loaders; the working face advances and the line relocates every few months; wear parts are expensive, jaw plates and side liners wear fast, and a delayed purchase means downtime waiting for parts. In winter at high altitude, starting is hard; in summer, cooling struggles. When a large machine goes down, the loss is not thousands — it is a full-line stoppage.

Ⅲ. Core Selling Points

- 75-ton heavy frame with Strickland reinforced tracks — a dump truck can tip full loads directly without rocking or shifting; primary crushing output is maxed out.
- Capacity 175–610 t/h, 209 kW installed power; downstream mill-flotation feed stays stable without gaps, and overall line uptime improves.
- Large-cavity jaw designed for basalt, iron ore, copper ore — hard material at f=14 bites in without slipping or packing.
- Hydraulic CSS with a large tramp-iron release chamber: if iron enters, press a button to reset — no on-site cutting or toggle-plate removal.
- Cummins high-horsepower unit with high-altitude and cold-temperature power compensation; no summer or winter downtime on Xinjiang and Tibet projects.
- Main-current interlock with VFD-linked feeder — no choking, no idling. On a large machine, automatic load control beats an operator’s eye every time.
- Optional heavy pre-screen with magnetic separator on the feeder: dirt and fines separated, iron pulled out, so the jaw eats only qualified coarse rock — jaw-plate life extends.
- Water spray dust suppression, three-stage dust-proof control cabinet, and hydraulic conveyor-height adjustment are standard — essential protection in heavy-dust mine conditions.

Ⅴ. Suitable Applications and Materials

The E3548 in the Mining aggregate mobile jaw crusher line is used in the four heaviest applications: primary crushing at large metal mines (iron, copper, lead-zinc ore), processing over a thousand tonnes of run-of-mine per day; primary crushing at large granite and basalt aggregate bases feeding downstream impact or cone crushers; on-site aggregate processing for major hydropower, high-speed rail, and highway projects; and volume reduction at large hard-rock tunnel headings. Downstream, paired with our large tracked cone crusher and heavy-duty screen, it forms a complete mobile crushing-grinding line at over a thousand tonnes per hour.
Ⅵ. Delivery and After-Sales
Delivery includes the main crusher, reinforced track chassis, heavy feeder (with pre-grizzly and magnet options), main discharge conveyor, hydraulic maintenance tools, remote station, random spare-parts kit, and a one-year wearing-parts kit. For large mine projects we station an engineer on site for a week of commissioning and training, with critical spare parts shipped to the site warehouse. Overseas projects ship FOB/CIF, and we assist with customs declaration, ocean freight, local unloading, and lifting. After-sales: 30-minute response, 24-hour domestic on-site arrival; overseas, supported by service partners plus direct-mail spare parts.

Ⅶ. FAQ

Q: Is a 75-ton machine convenient to relocate?
A: It is split across two to three low-loaders, then assembled and tracks itself into position on site. It is not as easy to move as a small crusher, but far faster than a fixed plant. A typical open-pit relocation takes two to three days.
Q: What is the advantage over a large fixed jaw?
A: No concrete foundation, no demolition and rebuild, follows the advancing working face, and output is on par with a fixed plant. For open-pit mines where the face keeps moving, the foundation and relocation savings are substantial.
Q: Are wear parts expensive?
A: Jaw plates and side liners are consumables; we supply them at cost. We have five domestic parts warehouses, and main models ship to site within 48 hours. The random one-year kit covers the first year’s replacement needs.
Q: Is a 75-ton machine oversize to transport?
A: It splits across two low-loaders, main crusher and chassis separately, transported under China’s oversize-cargo regulations. We have a dedicated logistics team handling routing and escort — the customer does not need to manage it.
