Municipal Solid Waste Mobile Jaw Crusher

Municipal Solid Waste Mobile Jaw Crusher

The Municipal solid waste mobile jaw crusher suits three types of large customers: first, large metal mines already on industrial power but with occasional grid instability — they do not want a primary-crusher shutdown to stall the entire mill-flotation line; second, large aggregate bases near environmental-protection zones requiring low emissions and low noise; third, large overseas mining projects where local electricity is cheap but supply is unreliable, and they want to run on grid power as much as possible with diesel as backup.

Description
Ⅰ.Core Selling Points
- Runs fully on grid power when the mains is stable. On a large machine, the fuel saved per hour is several times that of a smaller crusher, recovering the price difference in two to three years.
- When grid power drops, the diesel engine automatically kicks in with millisecond switching — no main-crusher stall, no whole-line shutdown.
- Main frame identical to the E3548: 75-ton heavy-duty Strickland tracks, so a dump truck can tip full loads directly without the machine rocking.
- Capacity 175–610 t/h. Downstream cone crusher and mill-flotation feed stays steady; total line output is unaffected by power-source switching.
- Diesel engine hours stay extremely low — fewer than fifty starts a year — so the maintenance ledger looks far better than a pure diesel version.
- Emissions and noise are significantly lower than a pure diesel machine, making projects near environmental-protection zones and water sources easier to approve.
- Hybrid control cabinet logs runtime: how many hours on mains vs diesel, and the associated cost, are generated automatically as a report.
- Remote machine monitoring: bearing temperature, vibration, and jaw-plate wear trigger advance alerts. Large mines cannot afford unplanned downtime.

Ⅲ.Suitable Applications and Materials
The Municipal solid waste mobile jaw crusher suits three types of large customers: first, large metal mines already on industrial power but with occasional grid instability — they do not want a primary-crusher shutdown to stall the entire mill-flotation line; second, large aggregate bases near environmental-protection zones requiring low emissions and low noise; third, large overseas mining projects where local electricity is cheap but supply is unreliable, and they want to run on grid power as much as possible with diesel as backup. It handles iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, basalt, granite, and other hard-rock conditions.
Ⅳ.Our Brand and Factory Strength
We are MST. We run a large digital manufacturing base and are a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Specialized "Little Giant" — we do one thing only: tracked mobile crushing and screening. Core components are all first-line brands: Cummins or Weichai engines, Stamford alternators, Strickland track chassis, WEG motors, SKF/FAG bearings, Danfoss hydraulics, Schneider/Siemens electrics. Our cavity designs and structures are digested, absorbed, and further optimized from mature Metso, Sandvik, Powerscreen, and Kleemann platforms — not reinvented from scratch. We maintain 8 domestic service stations, 40 service engineers, and 5 parts warehouses, with a 30-minute response, 24-hour on-site arrival, and 24/7 online support. Delivery and commissioning within 1 week after order, plus a one-year wearing-parts kit shipped with the machine. The machine operates from -40°C to +40°C. It has been sold to over 100 countries including Russia, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Malaysia, and Zambia; overseas revenue exceeded 50% in 2025. Standard fitment includes water-spray dust suppression, hydraulic conveyor height adjustment, three-stage dust-proof control cabinet, variable-frequency startup, and remote operation.
An aggregate base in Australia has cheap industrial power but the grid sheds load during summer peaks. They took the E3548H: on mains power in normal hours, their electricity cost is one third of a pure diesel machine; when the grid cuts out, the diesel engine steps in automatically, and product supply never stopped. In two years the hybrid premium has been recovered, and the diesel engine now starts fewer than fifty times a year. Their operations director says this is the power solution a large mine should have.

Ⅴ.FAQ
Q: On a large machine with hybrid drive, will the main crusher stall at the moment of switching?
A: No. The control cabinet detects the voltage curve before the mains actually drops, starts the diesel engine in advance and synchronizes the speed. Switching is millisecond supplement or zero-interruption, and we provide the main-current curve records for the customer to review.
Q: How much more expensive is the hybrid version than the pure diesel version?
A: The premium mainly comes from the hybrid control cabinet, the WEG main motor, and the VFD cabinet. Assuming a large mine runs 4,000 hours a year, 3,000 of them on mains power, the difference is recovered through fuel and maintenance savings in two to three years, after which it is pure savings.
Q: Can you configure for overseas projects with different voltage standards?
A: Yes. We export to over 100 countries and customize motors and transformers to local voltage, frequency, and grid standards. We have completed projects in Russia, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Africa — the customer does not need to arrange conversion themselves.
Q: Will the diesel engine break if it rarely starts?
A: The control cabinet includes an automatic periodic startup logic. When mains power is normal, it runs unloaded for half an hour each month to lubricate, charge the battery, and check oil level, preventing long-term idle problems. Engineers confirm the runtime records remotely.

The biggest risk with a large hybrid crusher is sloppy switching logic — when the mains drops, the whole machine stops. The E3548H control cabinet has been iterated over two years on an Australian aggregate base, with data behind every switching curve and protection interlock. We will give you the proposal; we will also arrange for you to see it running on site.
