Heavy Duty Hammer Mobile Impact Crusher

Heavy Duty Hammer Mobile Impact Crusher

The MST-F5300RS is our high-capacity, large-feed diesel-driven tracked impact crusher within the F-Series. It weighs approximately 63.5 tons with a processing capacity of 180-650 t/h and total installed power of around 376 kW. It is engineered for large-scale limestone aggregate lines and high-capacity shaping sections. One single unit delivers equivalent output of two conventional machines while producing well-shaped cubical aggregates.

Description
Large-scale aggregate production lines frequently face output bottlenecks during peak seasons. Multiple small impact crushers wait in queue for feed material, incurring high electricity and labour costs while failing to achieve target hourly throughput. Upgrading to high-capacity large-feed impact crushers means huge investment for imported units, which creates cash-flow pressure when customer payments are delayed.
We have also witnessed another common pitfall. Certain high-output machines boast impressive nominal capacity on paper, yet their blow bars need replacement every two weeks. Finished products show high flakiness content. Operating costs for one such machine can even exceed those of several smaller crushers, leaving per-ton production costs stubbornly high. What operators truly need is a high-capacity unit capable of continuous round-the-clock operation, durable blow bars and qualified particle shape, rather than just theoretical throughput figures.

Ⅰ. What is this heavy duty hammer mobile impact crusher for?
The MST-F5300RS is our high-capacity, large-feed diesel-driven tracked impact crusher within the F-Series. It weighs approximately 63.5 tons with a processing capacity of 180-650 t/h and total installed power of around 376 kW. It is engineered for large-scale limestone aggregate lines and high-capacity shaping sections. One single unit delivers equivalent output of two conventional machines while producing well-shaped cubical aggregates.

Ⅱ. Advantages of us
1.Hourly throughput of 180-650 t/h, replacing two small-size impact crushers. It saves one operator, one electrical control cabinet and valuable site footprint.
2.Large feed opening accepts big-size limestone directly. Primary crushed material from jaw crushers requires no intermediate re-handling, shortening process flow and unlocking higher production capacity.
3.Approximately 376 kW total installed power delivers abundant power reserve. The machine resists stalling and speed drop under heavy-load high-capacity working conditions when processing large lumps.
4.Thickened high-chromium blow bars withstand heavy abrasive wear in high-output applications. Hydraulically opened housing enables fast blow-bar replacement, minimising maintenance downtime and production losses during continuous operation.
5.Three-stage impact crushing chamber generates cubical-shaped end products with low flakiness index. Finished aggregates easily pass inspection requirements for high-grade concrete and highway-grade materials without sacrificing throughput.
6.Heavy-duty tracked undercarriage at 63.5 ton total weight enables travel across rugged quarry terrain. Equipped with water-spray dust suppression and hydraulically adjustable conveyor height for seamless connection to high-capacity screening plants.

Ⅲ. More about MST
MST operates a large-scale digital manufacturing base. As a National High-Tech Enterprise and Key Specialized & Sophisticated Small-Giant Enterprise, we specialise in tracked mobile crushing and screening equipment. Drawing core technologies from Metso, Sandvik, Powerscreen and Kleemann, we further fine-tune our equipment to adapt to real-world site conditions in China and overseas markets. We exclusively adopt top-tier brand components: Cummins, Weichai, Stamford, Strickland, WEG, SKF, FAG, Danfoss, Schneider and Siemens. This proven component suite reliably handles operating environments ranging from -40 °C on the Mongolian Plateau to +40 °C at African job sites.

Ⅴ. Suitable Working Conditions & Processable Materials
The F5300RS targets high-volume processing of medium-soft rock: limestone, dolomite and massive concrete blocks. It serves as the primary high-capacity crusher for large aggregate lines. It can be fed downstream of jaw crushers or accept large-sized feed directly, with discharge material sent to high-capacity screening stations.
Field Case Example: A large-scale limestone aggregate plant in Sichuan previously ran two medium-small impact crushers in parallel, suffering from feed-queuing issues and high labour expenditure. After switching to the KI-5300RS, throughput reaches roughly 500 t/h. One unit replaces the former two crushers, saving one operator, one electrical cabinet and site space. Large feed opening allows direct feeding of coarse lumps. Its three-stage impact chamber delivers cubical-shaped aggregates. Thickened high-chromium blow bars resist heavy wear under high-output conditions. The hydraulically adjustable conveyor height interfaces perfectly with high-capacity screens, and the whole system can be operated by one worker via remote control.

Ⅵ. Power Version Selection
RS denotes the diesel-powered version with on-board generator set, ready for standalone operation at remote large-scale quarries. High-capacity machines consume notable fuel. Our diesel engine is calibrated for fuel-economic operating cycles, delivering better fuel efficiency than generic low-grade engines.
If your large aggregate plant has stable grid power supply, we can provide an all-electric alternative solution. Long-term electricity costs are substantially lower than diesel expenditure. Detailed configuration will be formulated according to your transformer capacity.

Ⅶ. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Under what operating condition can 650 t/h throughput be achieved?
A: This peak capacity applies to high-output scenarios with moderate feed size and relatively large closed-side setting, mostly for producing aggregate above 10 mm particle size. If finer finished material is required by narrowing the discharge gap, actual throughput will decrease accordingly. Performance depends on your target finished particle size.

Q: Where exactly do cost savings come from when one machine replaces two?
A: Savings cover capital expenditure for one crusher unit, one operator, an extra electrical control cabinet, occupied site area and additional maintenance work. Both labour cost and depreciation expense per tonne of material are reduced.
