Mobile impact crusher for construction waste

Mobile impact crusher for construction waste

The MST-F5000DRS is the heavy-duty large-feed diesel-powered impact crusher built on the F5000 platform. It weighs approximately 72 tons with a throughput of 200-400 t/h and total installed power of around 322 kW. The letter D stands for Deep-feed (large feed opening). Purpose-built for large limestone quarries and massive-size concrete-recycling projects, it accepts blasted boulders directly and removes the requirement for an upstream jaw crusher.

Description
Ⅰ. Any headaches?let our mobile impact crusher mobile impact crusher for construction waste help you.
Large-scale limestone mines are plagued by lengthy process flows. Conventional impact crushers feature small feed openings and cannot handle oversized blasted rock, forcing operators to deploy an upstream jaw crusher or pre-break boulders with hydraulic breakers. Both capital investment and labour costs rise accordingly. Although operators wish to adopt large-feed impact crushers, reliable options on the market remain limited.
We have also witnessed frequent stalling when large lumps enter ordinary crushers. Diesel engines suffer speed drop, blow bars fracture under heavy impact, and output becomes unstable. What large mines require is not just another crushing machine, but a large-feed impact crusher capable of accepting blasted boulders directly, eliminating the need for a primary jaw crusher and delivering consistent throughput.

Ⅱ. What is mobile impact crusher for construction waste  for?
The MST-F5000DRS is the heavy-duty large-feed diesel-powered impact crusher built on the F5000 platform. It weighs approximately 72 tons with a throughput of 200-400 t/h and total installed power of around 322 kW. The letter D stands for Deep-feed (large feed opening). Purpose-built for large limestone quarries and massive-size concrete-recycling projects, it accepts blasted boulders directly and removes the requirement for an upstream jaw crusher.

Ⅲ. Feature of our mobile crusher
1.Large feed opening allows direct feeding of blasted limestone boulders into the impact chamber. One upstream jaw crusher can be eliminated, cutting capital expenditure, site footprint and one operator position.
2.Hourly throughput of 200-400 t/h delivers steady secondary-crushing output for large aggregate lines, ensuring sufficient feed for screening plants without stalling.
3.Thickened high-chromium blow bars resist fracture under heavy impact from large lumps. Hydraulically actuated housing enables fast blow-bar replacement and minimises downtime when processing big feed material.
4.Three-stage impact crushing chamber produces cubical-shaped aggregates with low flakiness index. Finished material easily passes acceptance criteria for high-grade concrete and hydropower projects and commands premium market prices.
5.72-ton heavy-duty tracked undercarriage enables self-propelled travel over rough quarry terrain with excellent off-road adaptability.
6.Integrated diesel generator set enables standalone operation at remote quarries; production starts upon refuelling with no grid-power dependency. Water-spray dust suppression and remote-control operation allow single-person operation of this large-size unit.
7.Removal of the upstream jaw crusher reduces one maintenance workflow and one operator across the whole production line, bringing down per-ton material costs substantially.

Ⅴ. Suitable Working Conditions & Processable Materials
The F5000DRS is optimised for large-size medium-soft rock: limestone, dolomite and massive concrete blocks. At large limestone quarries, it processes blasted rock directly without a preceding jaw crusher. For large-scale construction-waste-recycling projects, it accepts huge concrete chunks from building demolition.
It is not recommended for hard rock such as granite or basalt, as blow bars cannot withstand extreme abrasive impact. It performs best in high-volume applications with large feed size and medium-soft raw material.

Ⅵ. Delivery Scope & After-sales Support
For large-unit deliveries, our engineers travel to site together with the machine. They assist in working-face selection, unit positioning, full-load commissioning, and provide hands-on training for your operators and maintenance technicians. A one-year wear-parts kit and special tools are supplied in-container, including spare blow bars.

Ⅶ. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What maximum feed-particle size can it accept?
A: Exact feed-opening dimensions are specified in the official configuration sheet. The deep-feed design is intended to eliminate the upstream jaw crusher, given blasted material within reasonable lump-size limits. Provide your blasted rock size distribution and we will conduct feasibility assessment.

Q: Is the 72-ton machine convenient for relocation?
A: Strickland tracks enable self-propelled movement within the job-site boundary. Long-distance transport is completed via flat-bed low-loader trailers. Transport dimensions are documented in our configuration proposal; route planning will be arranged in advance for sections with over-dimension restrictions.

Q: What volume of limestone can be processed per day?
A: Throughput ranges 200-400 t/h. For 10-hour daily operation, daily output reaches 2 000-4 000 tons. Actual performance depends on feed-size and finished-product requirements. Material testing services are available upon request.
