Mining Aggregate Mobile Jaw CrusherThe MST-E3548 is our flagship tracked diesel jaw: 75 tonnes operating weight, 175–610 tonnes per hour, 209 kW installed power. It is built for primary crushing at large metal mines, hard-rock aggregate bases, and major hydropower/road-bridge projects. It is the largest tracked jaw in our line; paired downstream with a cone crusher, the complete line reaches over a thousand tonnes per hour.

Municipal Solid Waste Mobile Jaw CrusherThe Municipal solid waste mobile jaw crusher suits three types of large customers: first, large metal mines already on industrial power but with occasional grid instability — they do not want a primary-crusher shutdown to stall the entire mill-flotation line; second, large aggregate bases near environmental-protection zones requiring low emissions and low noise; third, large overseas mining projects where local electricity is cheap but supply is unreliable, and they want to run on grid power as much as possible with diesel as backup.

Crawler-type Mobile Jaw CrusherThis crawler-type mobile jaw crusher integrates the functions of feeding, crushing and screening. It is equipped with a crawler travel chassis, enabling it to move independently on the spot without the need for a trailer. The jaw main body is specifically designed for crushing hard rocks and is widely used in quarries, mining operations, construction waste recycling, and road infrastructure projects.

Granite Mobile Jaw CrusherAt medium-sized mines and hard-rock quarries, output is often bottle necked at the primary crusher. If the jaw is too small, the downstream cone crusher and mill are starved and the whole line idles. If the jaw is too large, relocation costs go up.

Tire-mounted Mobile Jaw CrusherThe tire-mounted mobile jaw crusher is a towing-type coarse crushing equipment. It is based on a semi-trailer tire chassis and can directly be transported on the road without the need for complex over-limit approval. It is more convenient for cross-site transfer. The equipment is equipped with hydraulic legs to achieve leveling during operation, and is combined with a shock-absorbing structure.

Dual-power Mobile Jaw CrusherThis crawler-type mobile jaw crusher integrates the functions of feeding, crushing and screening. It is equipped with a crawler travel chassis, enabling it to move independently on the spot without the need for a trailer. The jaw main body is specifically designed for crushing hard rocks and is widely used in quarries, mining operations, construction waste recycling, and road infrastructure projects.

Hard Rock Mobile Jaw CrusherThe Hard rock mobile jaw crusher is our primary hard-rock crusher, operating weight 47 tonnes, capacity 150–500 tonnes per hour, installed power 142 kW. It does primary crushing of hard rock: granite, basalt, iron ore, quartzite, diabase — materials above Mohs hardness six. The excavator feeds in run-of-mine up to 560 mm, and it crushes in one pass to a 70–200 mm adjustable product, which goes straight to a cone crusher for secondary shaping or is sold directly as high-spec road-base material to highway contractors.
